Requirements for the Next Deeper Christian Life Conference
From Frank: Many of you are interested in having another Deeper Christian Life Conference. I’d love to have one myself as well.
A live conference requires the following, which you can help by way of reaching out to the right leader:
*A lead pastor who is willing to host it and invite me to speak.
*The pastor must live in the eastern or central part of the USA.
*The church building needs to be fairly close to an airport (so people can shuttle to over).
*The pastor’s congregation will be invited to attend also (the pastor would also speak in some of the sessions).
*The building needs to hold at least 500 people.
Therefore, if you know a pastor who has a large congregation in the eastern or central part of the USA and the church building is near an airport (meaning, close enough to take a shuttle), you can reach out to them and pass on our events page and encourage them to extend a speaking invitation.
The preference would be Florida (first choice) and Georgia (second choice). This way I can drive and bring resources. But it can be other states in the eastern or central USA.
This shouldn’t be difficult because (1) there are THOUSANDS of churches that fit the criteria and (2) pastors regularly invite me to speak to their churches. But I never invite myself to speak anywhere. That’s where you on the Network come in.
I usually receive speaking invitations when someone who resonates with my work encourages a pastor (or conference host) to send me a speaking invitation. (Of course, a pastor who fits the criteria may already be on the Network and hasn’t yet seen this.)
If such a pastor invites me to speak, we will make that event the next DCLN Conference and everyone on the Network will be invited to attend.”
